正しい咬合と顎の運動、咀嚼、発音、呼吸などの機能との調和が大切です。
その意味から、歯科矯正治療は、「健康医学」の一領域であると考えます。
現在は、小児から成人の治療に留まらず、 かつて治療不能であった欠損歯や歯周病を伴う成人難症例にも、他医との連携による歯科矯正治療が適応され、
口腔機能の回復・維持に貢献できますので、ご相談下さい。
